Teela, Prince Adam/He-Man’s female ally, will be voiced by none other than Buffy’s Sarah Michelle Gellar.

The classic cartoon takes place on the fictional planet Eternia ruled by King Randor and Queen Marlena who are the parents of He-Man – more specifically his civilian identity Prince Adam.

Prince Adam transforms into his supernatural alter-ego when he grasps onto the Sword of Power and utters the phrase ‘By the Power of Grayskull.’

This action bestows the prince with insurmountable power making him the mightiest man in the universe.

In typical superhero format, He-Man uses his supernatural powers to ward off the evil that threatens Eternia.
